ソフト開発技術者試験が終わり帰宅後、麻婆豆腐を作る。片栗粉を十分に使ったので、今日はとろとろの麻婆豆腐になりました。計量カップを使ったのもよかったのだろう。ショウガを細かく刻んで麻婆豆腐に入れたので、結構ぽかぽか。
