つれづれ

気になった部分を抜き出してみました。

The market was smart that day because it satisfied the four conditions that characterize wise crowds: diversity of opinion (each person should have some private information, even if its just an eccentric interpretation of the known facts), independence (peoples opinions are not determined by the opinions of those around them), decentralization (people are able to specialize and draw on local knowledge), and aggregation (some mechanism exists for turning private judgments into a collective decision). If a group satiisfies those conditions, its judgment is likely to be accurate.

つまり、

  • Diversity of opinion意見の多様性
  • Independence個々人が他人の意見に左右されないこと
  • Decentralization現場の知識を重視すること
  • Aggregation様々な意見を集約する仕組み作り

が集団による意志決定を優れたものにするということが、この本の主張のようです。なんとなく、『踊る大捜査線』を連想させるものばかりですね。
